The Organizational Change activities formulated earlier are implemented by the Organizational Change
Lead. It is in this phase that the foundation for the new (changed) organization is laid, in terms of new roles and
responsibilities, systems, tools, etc. During this activity, stakeholders are submitted to series of communications in
the form of mailers, trainings, workshops, seminars and other coaching practices to prepare them for the change.
In this activity, the stakeholders are familiarized with:
-
The pressing need for the change
-
Business strategy and vision of the change
-
Risks in case the change is not implemented
-
New roles and responsibilities in lieu of the change
-
New tools, procedures, systems and infrastructure in lieu of the change.
It is important to constantly monitor the effectiveness of communication and the alignment of the change to its vision.
It is also critical to keep a track of the resistances received to the change during implementation and implement
appropriate corrective actions to ensure the success of the change.
